  I booked a transfer for my son from his hotel in Puerto Banus to Malaga aiport via Autosol. Communication was great, Autosol offer 24/7 contact, price was very reasonable and the most important thing was the taxi driver turned up on time!!!

  The transfer from Malaga Airport to Nerja was excellent. No problem, and extremely helpful and polite driver. I definitely will use Autosol services again and recommend it to my friends.

  I feel so bad giving this place 1 star because the driver was really nice and Im sure this had nothing to do with the actual driver. However they did rip me off... and by rip me off they fraudulently charged my credit card. I decided to pay online because they told me I had to. So I agreed to pay $370 for a transfer because I also spent an extra 15% for an english speaking driver. (who did not speak English so thats already 15 percent extra I was ripped off on) ... but I also saw on my credit card that no only did the take out 370... but 3 hours later they took out $330 dollars!! HMM did they think I wouldn't notice?? it would be another story if it were the same price like 1 minute later... that I can see would be an accident! but 3 hours later 330?... I reported the charge to the bank... but unfortunately I deal with a horrible bank with terrible customer service so they ended up keeping me on hold for hours so the next day I contacted autosol about the charge... and they said OH year sorry it was an accident... HMMM if they had known they made a mistake don't you think they would have immediately contacted me? not after I said something... I believe they were caught in the act....just thought I was some rich American who doesn't check her bills... well you picked the wrong person... anyway, they said they would refund me... I did end up getting a refund but it was not the full 330 they ripped me off for. They refunded only 317 dollars... now for their error they should have given me back every last dollar... they did not... I'm actually disgusted by this... watch out for this company.

  ...adding to this review because i find it completely inappropriate that I was responded to with personal information and incorrect information at that... without even so much as an apology. No, he did not speak english... I'm not asking for perfection here but no he absolutely 100 percent did not speak english... I know a few sentences in spanish but in no way do I SPEAK spanish... and furthermore we went to one less destination than originally planned... and no I WAS NOT REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT you guys shorted me 13 dollars.
